All transactions, financial arrangements, and legal agreements are between the user and the bail bond company.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to the following when utilizing our platform:

• Accurate Information: Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during the referral request process. Falsification or misrepresentation may result in termination of service.

• Verification: Independently verify the credentials and suitability of any referred bail bond company before entering into agreements.

• Compliance: Abide by all local, state, and federal laws while using our services.

• Prohibited Activities: Users may not use our platform for fraudulent purposes, unauthorized activities, or actions that violate any laws or third-party rights.

4. Referral Process

Upon submitting a referral request:

• Sharing of Information: Details provided by the user will be shared with licensed bail bond companies in the applicable jurisdiction.

• Response Times: We do not guarantee a response due to company availability or suitability of the referral.

• Notification: Users will be notified via email if no suitable match is found.

5. Fees and Payments

• Free for Users: Our referral services are free for individuals seeking assistance.

• Referral Fees: Bail bond companies pay a non-refundable referral fee to 3plus Down Referrals. This fee does not guarantee any specific outcomes.

• No User Payments: We do not collect payments or fees directly from users.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

3plus Down Referrals is not liable for the following:

• Actions, agreements, or outcomes resulting from interactions between users and referred bail bond companies.

• The suitability, performance, or availability of referred companies.

• Losses resulting from inaccuracies in user-provided information or misuse of the platform.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes and disclaim all liability for damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Privacy and Data Use

• Data Collection: We collect only the information necessary to facilitate referrals, including:

  • Name of the individual in custody.

  • Booking and location details.

  • Contact information for the person submitting the request.

• Data Sharing: Information is shared solely with participating bail bond companies for referral purposes.

8. Compliance with Laws

We operate in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Participating bail bond companies are independently responsible for adhering to their respective legal obligations.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from the following:

10. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or deny access to our services at our discretion, including but not limited to:
